successful Lift Repair Engineer will not cover this entire area but will be designated to a concentrated geographical patch in South or South London.

The role

REClifts is now recruiting an Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day of running a lift service department.

Commutable: Gravesend, Hartley, Northfleet, Greenhithe, Bexley, Dartford, Swanley, Orpington, Belvedere, Eltham, Sidcup

Administrator Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for Service Manager.
• Collecting information.
• Call handling - incoming enquiries for service, repairs, breakdowns of lifts
• Managing info inbox, directing emails
• Logging Lift Engineering jobs on the database, and keeping data records accurate and in line with GDPR.
• Downloading and sending engineering reports.
• Collaborate with Engineers regarding service completions and resolving any issues.
• Despatching engineers to attend service and repair visits.
• Scheduling of lift engineer callout visits.
• Scheduling Lift Engineers for customer visits.
• Updating and sending weekly spreadsheets to the end customer.
• Client contract starts and renewals. Warranty starts and handovers.
• Invoicing the customer for services, repairs, and breakdowns.
• Annual tasks required for specific clients including testing and audit reports.
• Annual tasks required for Service coordination including Christmas rotas.

Ideal Service Administrator Candidate:

• Previous experience in an office environment/administrative role - Essential
• Confident ability to use Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, Email, and Databases - Essential
• Confident telephone communicator - Essential
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Essential
• Good working knowledge of Lift Data - Desirable
• Good working knowledge of Service contracts - Desirable

REClifts is now recruiting for a Lift Service Repair Engineer (NVQ3 qualified or equivalent) to cover a geographical patch across West London. This will be scheduled repair works that are typical of a service route, not major works. This lift engineering company will also pay for an NVQ 4 qualification upon completing a satisfactory notice period and upon request if this is desired by the recruit.

The Lift Engineer Duties:

• Competent in lift fault-finding diagnostics.
• Capable of first-time fixes of passenger lifts.
• Participate in an on-call rota
• As a Lift Service Engineer, you will complete minor repairs on passenger
• Report defective lifting equipment and order new parts accordingly.

Ideal Lift Engineer Candidate:

• Currently working as a Lift Service Repair Engineer or have transferable skills working as a Lift Modernisation Engineer or Lift Installation Engineer or Lift Repair Engineer.
• You must have at least 2 years of experience working on passenger lifts
• Hold a full clean driving license and be willing to travel.
• Qualified to or above NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in a lift engineering discipline.
