NVQ Level 4 Senior Lift Engineer / Supervisor
Are you a technical leader ready to manage complex installation projects? We are looking for an NVQ Level 4 Senior Lift Engineer/Supervisor to provide technical leadership and oversee our installation teams.
The Role
This role involves high-level project management, ensuring that every installation complies with the highest safety and quality standards. You will act as a bridge between the site teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage lift installation projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise and mentor Level 2/3 engineers and apprentices.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Handle complex technical challenges and manage all technical documentation.
Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Experience: Advanced knowledge of lift systems and installation practices.
- Safety: Relevant site safety certifications.
Desired Attributes
- Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including formation installation.
- TÜV certification used for UK elevator installation.
- Bilingual skills (Turkish or Romanian) are highly advantageous.
