Basic Salary: £45,000-55,000
Standby Allowance: £600 per week
On Target Earnings: £85,000 – £90,000 per annum

Additional Information: Monthly Standby Allowance, night callout / Weekend callout, rota is 1 in 5 weeks. Unlimited Overtime, travel time paid door to door, new company van, fuel card, 25 days holiday, company pension.

REClifts is now looking for 1 x Lift Engineer in the South London or South Coast area. The role will manage a service route of 100 units. You will be considered no matter where you live, whether in the South London or Kent area. The passenger lifts you will complete scheduled repair works on are suitable for an NVQ 3 Qualified Lift Engineer specialising in medium lift repairs, not major repairs.

Lift Engineers must live a commutable distance from these areas and those surrounding Croydon, Redhill, Hawley, Crawley, Dorking, Oxted, Burgess Hill, Horsham, Southwater, Storrington, Worthing, Littlehampton, Eastbourne, Chichester, Eastbourne, Portsmouth, Worthing, and Brighton. The
successful Lift Repair Engineer will not cover this entire area but will be designated to a concentrated geographical patch in South or South London.

The Lift Company:
This well-known lift engineering company provides service and repair engineering services to its customers Nationwide and is recognised for its market-leading progression strategy.

The Lift Engineer Duties:

• Competent in lift fault-finding diagnostics and first-time fixes for passenger lifts.
• Complete minor repairs on passenger lifts.
• Report defective lifting equipment and order new parts accordingly.
• Participate in an on-call rota and mentor junior Lift Service Engineers

Ideal Lift Engineer Candidate:

• Currently working as a Lift Service Engineer or have transferable skills working as a Lift Modernisation Engineer, Lift Installation Engineer, or Lift Repair Engineer.
• You must have at least 2 years of experience working on passenger lifts
• Hold a full UK driving license and live in either South London, Kent or South coast areas.
• Qualified to or above NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in a lift engineering discipline.
